home project description assessment process DIIS animations news feedback

Tuesday, May 05, 2009

We would like to thank the individuals, local businesses and professional organisations for their ongoing support of our proposed development at Ralphs Bay and their recognition of the economic benefits, the unique lifestyle opportunity, and the new infrastructure and facilities it will provide the local and wider community if approved. We have been buoyed by this support.

We acknowledge that there are those who oppose the Lauderdale Quay project but it is now being independently assessed by the RPDC. Analysis of the issues raised in submissions is part of this assessment process, as is the review of our scientific studies by independent experts commissioned by the RPDC.

Our Draft Integrated Impact Statement (DIIS) is the most comprehensive body of knowledge ever compiled on Ralphs Bay – knowledge that is now available to the community forever.

We look forward to our DIIS being rigorously assessed by the RPDC and, as we have said from the start, we will abide by the independent umpire’s decision. Public hearings will be conducted by the RPDC.
