The Lauderdale Quay development proposal is a mixed use waterfront housing and marina
development located within
Ralphs Bay at Lauderdale. The Lauderdale Quay development has been master planned to
demonstrate best practice in waterfront design and as an extension
to the local community, whilst providing a catalyst for growth and
tourist activities.
The site is situated to the west of the existing Lauderdale retail
centre along South Arm Road and is within close proximity of
the City of Hobart and Hobart Airport. The existing residential
community of Lauderdale is largely oriented to the east,
overlooking Frederick Henry Bay.
If approved, the Lauderdale Quay development will form
a western extension to the Lauderdale township, providing an
extensive network of public amenities that connect seamlessly with
the existing community infrastructure.
